Christmas 2008!!!

We had a really great Holiday Season.. It was so good to spend time with family. The family that wasn't able to make it we missed you.
I have to say one thing that kade did this year on Christmas Eve. We were at the Robison's family Christmas Party. It was starting to get late and all the sudden Kade was ready to get home and really wanted to say his prayers. I kept telling him we will leave in a minute he was relentless. So finally we left and he said that he looked out the window at grandmas house and saw a red blinking light (Towers for planes) he thought it was Santa's Sleigh and if he wasn't at home in bed that he wouldn't stop at our house. He also had to say his prayers and tell Heavenly Father that he would be a good little boy and please have Santa stop at our house tonight.
We had my family Christmas Party at my sisters house. Santa made a special trip to see the kids and see what they wanted for Christmas. He brought all the kids a special present. The older kids got a sketch pad with colored pencils and the little kids got a coloring book with crayons. They loved it.
Kade and Benson were so excited when Santa showed up. Kade couldn't stop saying "I think that was the real Santa." Porter didn't really care for him much, maybe next year.

Santa saying his good-bye's. Thanks Santa for making a special visit this year.
My parents got all the kids pajamas with robes. All the kids loved them. They couldn't wait to put them on. Porter and DreAna were the cutest though. They looked like a little old couple getting the newspaper. Ha Ha..
Porter styling his new look

Riley spent alot of the time entertaining Porter and Parker so they wouldn't brake the navtivity that all the grandkids put on.

A tradition in the Robison Family, on Christmas Eve the kids are told about the real meaning of Christmas. We read from the scriptures the story of Jesus' birth and the kids place the statues as we read...

The kids singing Christmas Carols... and performing there talents..

It's time to open presents from grandma and grandpa... The three little boys wanted to climb all over there presents. I guess they thought that was more fun.. They actually liked there present once they got over the climbing, it was a tractor and trailer with loading cars...

The four boys Kade, Benson, Joel and Seth all opened remote control cars. They loved them. Thanks to the family for all the great gifts. We were all pretty spoiled.

Porter's present from Santa....

Benson was so excited that Santa didn't forget to bring the only thing he wanted, a gutair...

Kade is so into animals and bugs that he was exited to see that he recieved this bug world.. Don't be alarmed all the bugs in this world are not real.

Porter couldn't get cousin Tyler off his tractor......

Looks like you had a great Christmas. I loved that story about Kade on Christmas Eve. Did your kids like the Wii? We don't have a Wii Fit, but I really want one. You like it? We need to do lunch again soon!!!

Your family has some great Christmas traditions. I love the robes! They do look like little elderly people shuffling around!
