Kade, Benson and Porter!!!

Kade is 6 years old. He has brought so much joy into our lives. He has taught us so much about ourselves. Kade if you ever read this thankyou for choosing our family. It wouldn't be the same without you.

Benson will be 4 years old July 7. He has such a stong willed personality. He has so much of both Jordan's and my strong willed traits. He is the biggest love bug though. He can be the sweetest kid there is. We our so greatful to have Benson teaching us everyday. Benson we love you so much.

Porter is 15 months. He is so dang smart. He amaze's us everyday with the things he does. He has learned to fast and so much from his older brothers. He is the luckest kid to have the best older brothers who love and adore him.. Porter it seems like you have been apart of our family forever. I don't even remember life without you.

We love all three of our children we are so thankful to each one of them. They all bring so many different qualities to our family. We could not imagine life without them.

Memorial Day!

For Memorial Day, Jordan decided to take a day off.

It's not really a tradition in our family to go camping since we are farmers and can only do that at the spur of the moment.

We decided to take the kids to see where there relatives were burried and to put flowers on them. I have a few pictures of Jordans mom Terri with the kids, before we put flowers on the grave she showed them pictures of there Grandma and Grandpa Robison since Kade was a baby when they died. Jordan has had two cousins die and she was showing them pictures and talking about them and who they were. There names were Clinton who died at the age of 2 1/2 years old. And then Mac who died at the age of 19. The kids really enjoyed putting flowers on there head stones. They really don't understand a whole lot, but its good to tell them about some of there heritage.

Speed Racer!

I don't know if any of you have kids who totally get into the characters when they watch movies like mine do. Last week Kade went to the movie Speed Racer with his cousin and friends for a birthday party. Well he came home wanting his dad to build him a speed racer car now. One with a motor. He cried for ever until Jordan told him he would take him to the shop and try and build him one tomarrow. We even told him that we don't know what a speed racer car looks like since we have never seen the movie. If anyone knows Kade if its not exactly the way he wants it look out. I was just glad it was Jordan instead of me. Well they spent a few hours in the shop trying to build a speed racer car. This is the out come. He was pretty mad that it did not have a motor. But when Jordan hooked it up to the back of the 4-wheeler he thought it was pretty "AWSOME." By the way if anyone is wondering it's an old push lawn mower that was laying around. He welded a seat to it with a steering wheel long with some foot pegs.

If anyone is wondering why Benson is crying its because he was trying to get off the front of the 4-wheeler and got caught on something and ripped his pants he was dangling off the 4-wheeler Jordan had to go and unhook him. I hate buying my kids clothes because his pants were almost new and now I had to throw them away. I wish my kids weren't so hard on clothes.

Picking Asparagus

With the nice weather we get tons of traffic out by our house with so many people wanting to pick asparagus. If you look at peoples license plates they come clear from Pocatello to pick the asparagus in front of our house. The boys love to go out and find it. All Spring the boys have been keeping an eye on it to see it get bigger everyday. But today we finally decided to go and pick it before all the people got to it first. Kade has very good eyes and can spot it a mile away. He usually gets to it first and Benson cries. I was pretty proud of him today when he was helping Benson and his cousins Alexa and Brynlee find the asparagus to pick it.

One or TWO Things About Me:

I was tagged by Amberlee

Two Names I Go by: Tannis or Tan

Two things you are wearing right now: pajama bottoms and a sip up hoodie, I haven't gotten ready for the day yet. I had to sneak on the computer while Porter is taking his morning nap and Kade is entertaining Benson before Kindergarden.

Two Favorite things to do: Read a book, Just finished Wednesday's Letters anyone got any suggestions, I hear the Twilight Series is really good. I think I'll start those next. I love to go for walks. It helps me feel sane after being with the kids all day.

Two things you want very badly at this moment: My house vacuumed and dusted with the laundry folded and put away. We have so much laundry and since it's been so nice outside I can't get my 3 year old Benson to quit peeing his pants. He just dosen't want to take the time to come in the house to use the bathroom.

Two Favorite Pets: Well we don't have any pets at this moment which is fine by me. I wouldn't say I have a favorite pet so I'll tell you some that we use to have. At one point we had two cows outside in our pasture for the boys to water last year. We have had Beta's which die when the kids decide it's time to clean the tank. We have also had two bunny rabbits that the kids named thumper and dumper.

Two People who will fill this out: Amy and Camille

Two Things you did last night: Went to the movie Iron Man, and straightened up the house before I went to bed.

Two Things you ate today: Its still early in the morning so I haven't had breakfast, but I was cleaning out the diaper bag and stumbled across some nibs and I ate a few.

Two Last people you talked to: Benson just came downstairs and said Kade is being mean so I had a talk with Kade.

Two Longest Car rides: My family went to visit my grandparents who live in Wisconsin and we drove to Alabama to see my Aunt and Uncle who live there. When I was little we lived in California, my moms family lived here in Idaho so once a year my parents would load up the old toyota and drive us here for a family visit. I remember we would always leave around bed time so use 4 kids would sleep so my parents didn't have to deal with us being so rowdy. Which I understand now having my own kids.

Two Favorite Holidays: I really like Easter (besides the resurrection of Christ) I love the candy that time of year. I also like Christmas its when family comes together.

Two Favorite Vacatioins: California and Florida

Two Favorite Drinks: I love to drink water and when I go out for dinner I will get a rootbeer.

I tag Camille and Amy don't disappoint me guys!!!

Memories of Kade

I can't believe how Kade is becoming such a big boy. I placed some pictures of him growing up he was 5 weeks-18 months-3years-4years-5years. Time goes by so fast. He has been such joy in our lives. We couldn't imagine life without him or any of our boys.

Kade's 6th Birthday!!!

This was an eventful birthday party. Kade wanted some of his friends spend the night so we had a house full of little boys. The next day we had cousins come over and have a birthday pary. We played games, broke a pinata, and Benson's preschool teacher came out and painted all the kids faces. The boys wanted a transformer (of course my kids wanted it washed off 10 minutes later). It was fun for the kids. Kade wanted Heeleys for his birthday and was pretty happy to have gotten them from mom and dad. It was a lot of work but worth it when he came to me later that night and said mom this was the best birthday ever.
