Having Fun Before School Starts!!!

My mom and I took the boys up to Island Park to visit my cousins and let the boys play with there second cousins. It was so fun for the kids, they love to be outdoors.
We went to Island Park to see some of my cousins who own a cabin there. It was pretty nice my cousins have boys that are my kids age so they had a blast playing together. Here is Kade and Christian they both are six and getting ready to go into the first grade. It's to bad that his family lives in Utah. They had fun climbing trees and getting into all sorts of mischief.
This was the funniest thing ever. Here is Benson and Dillion. They both are Four. We took the kids bikes to ride and this is how they rode them. Benson rode his everywhere (he does not use training wheels) and he wanted Dillion to ride with him who does not know how to ride without training wheels, so he just walked the bike everywhere along side Benson. It was so funny. He kept coming to get water because he was so thirsty running the whole time instead of riding.
Long day makes for hungry boys who are waiting patiently for there snack.
Porter is making a huge mess with his spagetti, he is getting so independent that he hardly will eat anything and when he does he wants to feed himself. I guess thats a good thing considering Kade is six and still wants me to dress him every morning becuase he dosen't care.

Porter and DreAna hanging out in there strollers at the Family Reunion.
Here we are with my Grandpa, he is such a great man I am greatful that he is in my kids lives. They love to go to his house and pick through his garden, they love to climb his trees and feed the horses. I am so glad that I can share some of my fun memories that I had as a kid with my own kids.
Here are the go-karts that the kids had a blast on. This is Alexa racing some kid that we don't even know.
Jordan was such a great sport. He really hates things like this. He has such a hard time with the heat and it was such a hot day. Thanks Jordan for being such a great husband and dad to us. We sure wouldn't know what we would do without you.

New's to know-Sick little boy!!!

We went to Island Park last Friday which I will post pictures later. When we got home Friday night Kade told me he had a stomach ache with some diarreaha, But he slept all night and on Saturday he looked white as a ghost including his lips. He was using the bathroom quite a bit but I sitll thought he was okay. Sunday Morning he woke up feeling fine so we went to church and had a family birthday party to attend, he ran around and was fine until we were getting ready to go home and he was feeling sick again. We took him home and he was up every 20 minutes with dirreaha which contained blood. I called the doctor's office the next morning and they told me I needed to take a stool sample in and get it tested. They said they probably wouldn't get the results back until Tuesday or Wednesday in the mean time just keep him hydrated. That evening I just had a bad feeling so I paged the doctor and told him I talked to one of the Physicians Assistant and she said to just keep him hydrated. He told me that I needed to take him to the Emergency Room and get some blood tests done on him along with a hydrate test, Thats when I started to get panicky. I called my mom to come and watch Benson and Porter so that Jordan and I could take Kade in to the ER. They ran some tests to make sure his Kidneys were still functioning the proper way. And everything was good. He went Monday night and all day Tuesday that night and all day Wednesday really sick where he was in the bathroom every half hour. The doctor kept calling checking on him and telling me to try and be patient until we get the test results back, that the most important thing was to keep him hydrated. My sister had been on the internet looking up symptoms to Ecoli and he had all the symptoms, but I had no idea how he would of gotten it. We all eat the same things and no one else in our family is sick. Until she asked if he has been in contact with any reptiles. I said not that I can think of. She went on to say that Turtles carry Ecoli on there backs. Thats when the light came on and I told her that Last Sunday our neigbor boy had a turtle he found in the pond behind his house and I remeber I would not let Benson go because he was being naughty, but Kade went and touched it for a few minutes before they released it back into the pond. Ecoli has an incubation period of 2 to 8 days and that was in the time frame of when he started to get symptoms, from that point on I had a gutt instinct that he had ecoli I didn't even have to wait for the test results to come back to know. But they finally came back positive with ecoli. I had no idea that turtles contained ecoli or I would have never let him come in contact with it. The doctor has called everyday checking on him making sure his symptoms improve.
I have to say that has been one of the scariest most exhausting things that I have ever had to go through. I honestly don't know what I would do if anything ever happened to him. He brings so much joy into our lives. I am so thankful for the help and many prayers from our family and friends.

So much going on in July!!

Robison's Camping Trip to Stoddard Creek!!
We had so much fun camping that I had to post extra pictures. Porter is playing with the tractors in the dirt. There are three little boys that are the same age. Tyler, Porter and Parker. They are so cute when we can get them to interact with each other.
We all went on a hike to this bridge at Stoddard Creek. It was a long hike but alot of fun.. The kids had a blast when we climbed down to this tunnel that you can see in the background. Water pours through the tunnel and at the end there is a lake that you can swim in. We walked through the tunnel with the kids which was up to there waist. At the end of the tunnel we walked around the corner and back up the hill. Only a few had the courage to swim in the water since there was a long walk back to the trucks in wet clothes and shoes.
All the kids were finding the spikes on the railroad tracks and picking them up. Kade and Joel decided to make it a competition to see who was the strongest. As you can see they each have three in each hand and as they walk they are pretending to be lifting weights.
Here is the whole clan of kids. As you can see there are 13 little boys and girls. They all love to be together. We had a hard time getting a good picture of them. Parker who is Riley and Michelle's little boy is trying to run out of the picture so I had to take it quick. Notice the babies are not happy. It was a long but fun day.
Jordan and Tony had some rope and decided to make a swing to play on. The boys fought over who got to swing first but once they all got there turn they had fun and got along. Kade has himself swinging pretty high.

Camping Continued
We went camping at Stoddard Creek with the whole Robison clan. The kids had to make there own little fort so Benson took this log and rolled it everywhere to get the grass smashed down for a walk path. He did a good job.
We bought the boys this little 4-wheeler this summer. I think Benson has pretty much claimed it. We can't get him off to let anyone else have a turn.
Kade's favorite thing to do is play with the wildlife. He spent alot of time catching frogs, he would catch them and then let them go and later catch them again. He caught this little bird in the grass calling for its mom. I'm glad he stayed entertained.
All the kids love Porter. He is such a little ham. Tia is playing a game wtih him and he is laughing at her. He loved to walk around and play with everything.
Here we are roasting marshmellos by the camp fire. We are all pretty tired as you can see. It was so much fun camping with the family. It is something that we all love to do but we really don't have a lot of time to do it. I am really glad that we did take the opportunity as a family.

Spray Park in Rexburg

We took the kids to the spray park in Rexburg, they had alot of fun. Here is Kade laying on the concrete trying to get dry.
McKayla, Sidney, Madelynn played so hard that day. I think we only saw them when they got hungry. They also helped with the younger kids.
McKayla took Porter down the slide and it got him so wet. Terri is holding him in his unhappy state.
When all the kids dried we let them ride the Carousel Horse they have there. I loved this picture of Benson's expression and crazy hair.
McKayla took Porter on the horse and he loved it, I know if may not seem like it with his expression in this picture. He always smiles after he see's the flash of the camera.

Benson's 4th Birthday

Benson's 4th birthday was July 7th and with the family reunion we were all tired, but we still wanted to have something special for him. I made his favorite brownies and put ice cream on the top for his cake. Thank goodness he is still young and easy to please. He loved blowing out the candles on top of the ice cream.
He got so many presents for his birthday we got him this rolling tube, the kids thought it was the funnest thing they had ever done. We would get inside of the tube and roll them down the hill. The adults even tried it. I kind of kinked my neck but Jordan was a pro.
Here is Alexa trying to get her balance to fly down the hill. Kade and Joel were having so much fun jumping on it before we rolled it. Here is Benson after he opened his presents, dosen't he look tired. It was such a long weekend.

He was so excited to get the attention and presents. My sister got him a camo sleeping bag with pajamas to go along with it. He absolutely loved them. He calls them his hunting deers pajama's and sleeping bag. He has them on in the first picture.

Benson I want you to know that your mom and dad love you so much and you mean the world to us. You are so special to our family and add so much to our lives. You are always saying the funniest things and making us laugh all the time. I am so glad we have you as one of our sons.

Wolz Family Reunion

There has been so much going on in July that I haven't had a chance to post hardly anything. Jordan's family had a big Wolz reunion the 4th, 5th and 6th of July. We all had to camp out at our place Western Wings even the family that lives close by camped and toughed it out for three days. There were alot of activities and if anyone knows the Wolz family everything is completely organized to a T. There was fishing, golf, shooting guns, riding 4-wheelers, and craft activites for the kids. Meal time was spent together in the Lodge and also get to know you better activity games were played. I think the three day reunion is a great way to get to know everyone better. I have been to family reunions where you don't have a clue who anyone is except your imediate family and first cousins. It's hard to get to know them in such a short amount of time.

I didn't have my camera with me very much so I didn't get very many pictures, the family reunion consisted of Jordan's grandpa's brothers and sister with all there families. We had about 200 people there(thats a ball park figure). Anyway I took these pictures of my kids with Grandma and Grandpa Wolz along Grandma Terri and Grandpa Dave. As you can tell it was clean up time and my kids were so exahusted by the end of the week. I took this picture of Porter and Tyler one evening during the family reunion when they had a little program going on. Of course whose kids will sit through all the past experiences and skits going on inside. We spent most of the time entertaining the kids outside on the steps or trying to keep the big kids from distracting everyone from whats going on.
Here is little Porter sitting on a mat eating cheeto's (his favortie snack) watching us help take tents down and get everyone packed up to go home.

Tauphaus Park!!!

My sister and brother-n-law had his company party at Tauphaus Park so the boys and I tagged along. We also took my nephew Joel. They had so much fun going down this slide. It keeped them cool and they had a blast. Here is Joel going down and Kade is at the top waiting to take his turn. We tried coxing Benson to go down but he was to scared. Maybe next time.
The faris wheel was a hit with the kids. Kade and Joel were so brave they road it all by themselves. When they got to the top they even started to rock there chair. I can't believe that they are already starting to be that brave at age 6 and 7 they grow so fast. Below them is Tra getting off with the girls Brynlee and DreAna. Andrea was in another chair with Benson and Alexa. The reason why I was not on the ride is because someone stole Joels shoes at the water slide so I ended up going to Wal-Mart to buy him some new ones. Notice no shoes on the ferris wheel.
Little Porter relaxing in his stroler sipping on some nice cool water and eating fish crackers. He is our easy going kid.
Here is Kade and Joel I can't even believe they let them on this ride. These two are the smallest in there class at school and they rode the octopus. It was so funny watching them. I thought they would be scared but they had so much fun.
Now you can' t go to Tauphaus Park without hitting the zoo. Here is Kade, Benson, Brynlee, Alexa and Joel. It was such a hot day and I can't even count how many times we have been to the zoo that we just hurried through it so we could hit Arctic Circle for some ice cream.

Fun Days!!!

Here is Benson and Porter in the car, we are on our way to his pre-school. He has been asking when school starts again since the day it ended. She holds summer mini camps in June and then again in July. They do such fun things I didn't get a picture of yesterdays camp but they had Transformer day for the boys. He made a transformer figure and they did face painting and crazy hair. When I went and picked him up I asked why his face was green that there are no green transformers, his teacher Jana said that he wanted to be an incredible hulk transformer. I thought that was so cute. The things they come up with.
I came to pick him up from camp and he couldn't wait to show me what they did for the day. They had a splongee party. They made silly putty, play dough, and slime. He sure had a good time, and loves going to Jana's Preschool. Thanks Jana for being so good to Benson.
Later that night there was a baby shower for my friend Erica Holmes (Blackburn) she is finally pregnant with a little girl. She is due October 5. I am so excited it's her first baby. She lives in Florida with her husband Morgan and decided it was time to visit her family and friends.
Here we are at her baby shower her sister-n-law made a diaper cake it was so cute. It was really good to see her and I am so excited that she is finally having a baby. Good luck Erica, they are so much work but well worth it. I couldn't imagine life without my kids.

6 Quriks about me!!!

1- I hate to go out in public when my boys hair has not been combed. Jordan says I am a freak and to let them be boys, but it really bothers me when they don't have it combed. This summer I have really struggled because we can't start the day without it combed and they take off out the door before I can get ahold of them.

2-I am constantly organizing the closets and dresser drawers. I love to have short sleeve button up shirts together in a row, then long sleeve butten shirts, church pants together, then church shirts with sweaters next to each other. I hate to have everything all over the closet. Kade and Benson share a room and they each have there own side of the closet organized. Plus the kids are always growing so I hate to have clothes that don't fit them anymore hanging around taking up space.

3-After we put the kids to bed I can not sit and relax until the house is straightened up and in perfect order. I am constantly picking up all day long but when its dinner time along with bathing and bed, the house gets pretty wrecked. Jordan is always telling me to relax but I can't until thats done. I have actually relaxed alot, I use to be alot more anal. I also have the boys' toys in order, they all have there own special place and when they are not in that certain place it really bugs me. When friends come over with there kids and it's time to leave I usually say I will clean it up so I can put everything back in the exact place. I even have Kade and Benson trained to put things in that exact spot.

4-I have to plan my week out ahead of time. I usually make a mental note of what things I need and want done during the week and what days I will accomplish it. For example: Monday yard work with everything that needs to be done, garden weeded, lawn mowed, everything watered. Tuesday house work everything dusted, mopped, vaccumed, bathrooms deep cleaned and mopped, laundry done. Wednesday-to town to get grocery's. If I have everything done I don't know what to do with myself, I have to be doing something all the time.

5-I like to be the one who does our banking. I have to know what bills we have and what money we have. I have everything in a system how things get paid and in what way.

6-I think I clean my car out once a week. I always take take everything out when we have been anywhere, but I have to vaccumn and armoral it once a week. My kids are always wipping there dirty hands and mouths all over the windows leaving marks. I just hate to have garbage and old food floating around in the car.

This was not easy to admit, but there you have it 6 quriks about me.

I tag who ever wants to do this.

June Happenings!!!

Here is a baby skunk that was found on the clay course, the mom was killed and she had about 5 babies running around so this is the one that was caught. The kids thought that was the coolest thing. You would think that it would stink but it didn't really. Jordan's dad Dave said that he had a baby skunk for a pet when he was growing up. You just have to get them decented.
Joel, Kade, Seth and Benson pose for there picture. The boys love it when Seth comes to visit from Utah. He stayed a week and I don't think they got tired of each other at all. They road bikes, 4 wheelers, had campouts with marshmello roasts etc. I know that the kids were pretty tired at the end of the week. The adults were even more tired.
When summer comes so does T-Ball. Here is Kade with Branson they love to play. The kids aren't really that good at t-ball but they have a blast learning. I guess you have to start somewhere. The games have been entertaining watching the kids run for the ball and not knowing where or who to throw it to.
Here is Kade hitting the ball off the tee. We have had to get after him for throwing the bat. He is a big show off so I think he was trying to be funny. I thought this picture was funny because the helmet is to big. I'm suprised he could even see the ball to hit it. They all look so cute trying to play.. They don't take score in T-Ball and there are no outs.
The weather finally has warmed up here, so the boys invited the cousins to play on the
slip-n-slide. We have some hills in our yard so we set it up down the hills and they fly.
